PHOTOGRAPHIC IMAGE AND ITS CONTEXTUALIZATION AS ART

Unpublished dissertation submitted to Bilkent University in 1996, for a PhD in Art, Design and Architecture. Since I obtained the degree, I did not get to work on it again. The treatise, I think, carries some original ideas that helped in further efforts in teaching, writing and art practice.
